Urban Residential Properties is a vertically integrated real estate development company based in Allentown, PA, Pennsylvania’s third largest city.
Our vertical integration (through a series of entities) gives us the unique ability to acquire, design, finance, build and manage our portfolio and project pipeline in-house. URP’s complete vertical integration translates into a more efficient and cost-effective development process. Ultimately, URP’s vertical integration gives it the ability to develop Class A buildings at lower construction costs than its competition. With a strong team and large project pipeline, URP is poised TO BUILD UP AND DOWN THE CYCLE for the next decade.
